Why You Need to Break Free Of Your Mom Guilt
Most moms lose themselves in motherhood and then really struggle to discover their new identity. The main thing that holds moms back is mom guilt. Instead of learning to push through the mom guilt, they end up living in their identity crisis for years on end which results in feeling unfulfilled, and resenting their life, partners ,and even their kids.

This doesn't have to be your life. You can have the kiddos, have amazing, quality time with them & have the life you desire.

It's not one or the other. It can and should be both.

The first step to living the life you truly desire is releasing your mom guilt. No, this doesn't mean the mom guilt goes away because for a lot of us, it never will. What it is about is learning why mom guilt is okay, what it's trying to show us, and strategies to help us push past the mom guilt so we can live our best life.
